We went to the Grove and had crepes for lunch and just walked around for a few hours. Very fun!

Christmas Eve 2010

We had Misty and Rick's family and Rick's brother, Jeff and his two boys over for a dinner and some singing. The kids really got into it! Of course, Jingle Bells is always the best. Simon was loving the olives on the table and we caught him sneaking this hors d'oeuvre off the table - what a cutie. Unfortunately he wasn't feeling very good that night and came down with bronchitis the next day or so - that is why the red cheeks.

Marley, Caleb and Rylee -

We had a quick visit with Brittiany and Ryan's family - here are a couple of photos. Rylee was just getting ready to crawl. The kids can make her laugh so hard! These are the hats I made for the kids. Caleb was bummed that his hat didn't match his sisters, that is why the face. Cute family!

Misty and Rick's 10th wedding anniversary

Of course you will notice that there are no photos of Misty and Rick and that is because they were on a vacation in Dana Point for four days. I watched the kids and we had a blast doing all kind of crafts and watching movies! I am such a fan of pbskids.org now - what an amazing site for kids! The kids were so good and I got to know Simon so much better - what a smart little whip! Anytime he hears a siren he raises his finger and waves in the air (the sign for sirens.) Simon really adores his sister and loves to cuddle with her. She is so good with him. You see I have converted another grandchild to Pepsi? I love the look on his face like he is really getting away with something! We never left the house for the four days. But, I have to say I was tired at the end! Wow, so much energy! Happy Anniversary Misty and Rick!
