Let the Gingerbread House decorating begin
What's Christmas without a Gingerbread house? Okay, let's do two then!

This is the house that Emma and Claudia made! I loved the powdered sugar on top - also the dog house that collapsed in the back yard was a riot. Great fun girls - Merry Christmas to you all!
Louisa and Cyrus made a gingerbread house together
This is the L & C Team - what a fun time we had with their roof - more frosting!!! See that candy cane on the roof? Louisa and I watched that slowing sink down inside - it was so funny. We fixed it however. Great gingerbread house kids - see the next picture for the finished product.

This is all done with Jelly Bellys - lots of artwork there done in Jelly Bellys. Of course they were quite fond of President Regan - the Jelly Bean President.
The Jelly Belly Factory Tour
Nan and the kids and I went to the Jelly Belly Factory for a tour and they gave us samples afterwards - it was fabulous!
Mom got a private pie making class
Nan taught me how to make a good pie crust - and I made this pecan pie - not a bad pie, I must admit!
