Caleb had his hands full - what a character! He tried to eat them all, but they came right back up - he ate them too quickly. He then wanted more, but Grandma said no.

Coconut Pie - yum?

I made this Coconut Pie for Easter Sunday - it looks good doesn't it? Well, it was very rich. A small slice was a lot!

It is Spring in our back yard

We are enjoying the spring flowers - the smell of orange blossoms is amazing. We love it! Snow? Who needs it!
